Quadricep Stretch - Standing
Standing up straight (Tip: next to a wall if you need help with balance) with good posture. Bend the leg you want to stretch at the knee so that your foot goes behind you. Hold your bent leg by the ankle and keep your knees together.
Slowly and keeping your body upright bring your foot towards your bottom until the stretch feels 7/10 and hold for at least 30 seconds.
