Upright Row - Barbell

Bend your knees to pick up the bar keeping your back straight. Stand with your feet hip width apart and with good posture (tummy tight; shoulders back; chest out; chin in).

Hold the bar with your hands shoulder width apart and your palms facing into you. Lead the movement with your elbows lift the bar up, keeping it against your body, until your elbows are above your shoulders and as high as you can get them, then slowly lower the barbell back down again. Your elbows should always be higher than your hands in this movement.
