Reverse Fly - Dumbbells
Sit down on a bench with your legs together and a dumbbell in each hand.
Lean forwards so that you are facing the ground, making sure that you keep your back as straight as possible. Your arms should be straight down with your palms facing each other.
Raise your arms up, keeping them straight, as high as you can making sure at the highest point that you squeeze your shoulder blades together. Now slowly lower the weights back down again.
