Press Up - Box
Get on all fours, on the floor, making sure that your legs are at 90 degrees at the hip joint and at the knee joint.
Have your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder width apart and directly below your shoulders. Now bend your arms at the elbow lowering your upper body down towards the ground.
When your arms are at 90 degrees at the elbow stop and push yourself back up. On the way up stop just before your arms are completely straight. Make sure you get some soft flooring for your knees!
