Tricep Extension 1 Arm - Dumbbells Swiss Ball

Sit down on the Swiss Ball with your dumbbell in hand. Draw one arm up in front of you until your arm is above your head. Keeping your elbow completely still lower the weight behind your head, you are ready to begin.

Keeping your upper arm completely still raise the weight up so that your arm is straight and vertical. Now lower it back down behind your head until the elbow joint is at 90 degrees.

Make sure you keep a nice upright posture for this exercise


Do's Don'ts
  • Do keep your stomach tight
  • Do keep a nice upright posture throughout
  • Do breathe out on the way up and in on the way down
  • Do use a mirror to watch your technique
  • Do keep your upper arms straight and still throughout the movement
  • Don't arch your back
  • Don't swing the weights
  • Don't move your upper arm to aid the movement
  • Don't hold your breath
