Bicep Hammer Curls - Dumbbells
Stand with your knees slightly bent, with a good upright posture and a dumbbell in each hand. Make sure your wrists are straight with your palms facing inwards.
Bring your arms up and in towards your body by bending them at the elbow, keeping your elbows tucked into your sides. Once you are as far as you can go slowly lower them back to the starting position.
Make sure with this exercise that you don't allow your elbows to come forwards.
