Treadmill - Running
Start your treadmill and select a speed that takes you beyond a jog and that you could only maintain for at least 10 minutes. Everyone's running speed varies but should average around 10 mph (16 kph).
If your treadmill can increase your incline then set the incline to 1 degree to emulate running outdoors on the flat.
For good technique start with your feet; place your heel down on the forward step rolling through onto your toes as your foot travels backwards.
