Stepper
Set the machine up on quick start or manual and start to step with the level set at its easiest.
Make sure your steps are as long as possible without the steps hitting at the top or bottom. Keep your body upright and try not to use your hands as a support but just for balance.
Now start to make the level harder, you are aiming so that you can complete 10 minutes or more but it will have pushed you.
